This is a weak point of the RS suspension, it can get play and make the car imprecise and noisy.

The suspension is designed with a offset steering axis, closer to the wheel compared to a normal McPherson, but the two joints are subject to heavy forces.

Renault doesn't supply these joints as spare parts, they are only available from Renaultsport in some countries.

We manufactured these with heavy duty joints for longer duration, tested on track.

They fit straight into the front suspension arms of the Clio RS 197/203 and Megane RS 250/265/2
